How much medical cannabis can I order at one time?
You can order up to 150g of dried cannabis or its equivalent.
How much medical cannabis can I carry with me?
You can possess up to a 30-day supply of dried cannabis or its equivalent, as specified in your medical document, up to a maximum of 150 g.
What is the difference between dried cannabis and cannabis oil?
Cannabis oils are the liquid substance extracted from the cannabis plant, while dried cannabis is the dried flowers of the plant. Cannabis oils can be taken with a small glass of water, directly under the tongue, or in a meal or beverage. Vaporization of dried cannabis provides rapid effect lasting approximately one hour. The ingestion of cannabis oils can take up to two hours to take effect, though the duration of effect usually lasts a number of hours.
How are Kolab Project’s products tested?
To ensure products meet Kolab Project’s standard of excellence and certification, all products are laboratory tested and analyzed. For full transparency and accountability, each lot is then assigned a unique number and is tracked throughout the entire process. At every stage throughout production, we provide reports in accordance to all regulations under the Cannabis Act.
What does the medical label show?
Health Canada’s cannabis regulations set the requirements for product labels on cannabis. Each label includes:
Name and contact details of the producer
An indication of the form of cannabis (fresh flower, dried flower, oil)
Lot number, recommended storage, packaging and expiry dates
Net weight in grams
Percentage of THC and CBD, actual potency and potential potency
Dried cannabis equivalency, when appropriate
Carrier oil used in production and any food allergen contained
How should medical cannabis be stored?
Medical cannabis is best stored in a secure, cool, dry and dark location.
Does cannabis have an expiry date?
Health Canada does not currently require an expiry date for medical cannabis.

How do I obtain a prescription for medical cannabis?
Speak with your health care practitioner about your symptoms and whether cannabis would be a good treatment option. They can approve your prescription by filling out the required medical documentation. If your health care practitioner is hesitant to prescribe medical cannabis, Kolab Project can provide you with a list of health care practitioner who are familiar with it as a treatment option.
How long is the registration and approval process?
Registration can take up to two days, once we have received your documentation.
How can I place my order?
Orders can be placed online at kolabproject.com or by phone through our patient care team at 1-833-565-2278. Please ensure you have your client card available when placing an order. It contains your unique identification number, which is required when placing orders and corresponding with us.

Am I getting a license card to carry my medical cannabis?
You are not required to hold a license card to carry medical cannabis. You are allowed to possess up to a 30-day supply of dried cannabis or its equivalent, as specified in your medical document. The maximum amount of cannabis you are allowed to possess is 150g. Proof of your authorization to possess medical cannabis can be demonstrated by the client label on your medical cannabis container and corresponding photo ID.

How do I find a health care practitioner or clinic?
Kolab Project can provide you with a list of health care practitioner in your area who are familiar with medical cannabis as a treatment option. Simply contact our team at 1-833-565-2278 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I travel with my medical cannabis?
You can travel with medical cannabis within Canada. Ensure it’s in the original prescription container with your client label attached, and have corresponding photo ID.
Is medical cannabis covered by health care benefits?
Medical cannabis is not covered by most provincial health care benefits or insurance providers. However, there are a small number of exceptions. Please contact your insurance provider for more information on your plan’s policies.
Is medical cannabis eligible as a medical expense on my income tax?
Medical cannabis is an eligible medical expense for tax purposes.
Do you offer any type of compassionate pricing?
Kolab Project offers compassionate pricing for individuals with an annual income of $30,000 or less. Please contact the Kolab Care Team for more information.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for payment.
When will my package be shipped?
It typically takes 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
What are your shipping options?
Kolab Project ships within Canada, using Canada Post.
What is the cost of shipping?
Canada-wide shipping has a flat-rate shipping charge of $9 per order.
How is the product shipped?
Kolab Project ships using Canada Post’s parcel service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Can I return or exchange medical cannabis?
Medical cannabis cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
